Come and meet the Burricleta's little brother: the Burritó! The kids will have a great time with the Burritó and you'll be able to enjoy the perfect activity for all the family.
For up to 4 children of 25 Kg, the Burritó is the ideal vehicle for going out and about with 2 children from 2 to 7 years old.
It's easy and fun to drive and any adult can do it! As it is electric, you won't get tired and you'll be able to chat and laugh with your little passengers.
Your children will have a great time and so will you.
At the moment it is only available for the Little Villages of the Empordà route.
We depart from the Baix Empordà Burricleta Centre and make our way towards Gualta, without going through it, but passing by the old Romanesque bridge over the river Daró, which witnesses many events when it was the only way to cross the Daró. We will follow the river leaving Serra de Daró village on our right and entering the little village of Fonolleres, where there is a late Gothic church dedicated to Saint Christopher. Following the route we reach Matajudaica village, which stands out in the spring thanks to an explosion of flowering fields all around it.
And moving on, we approach a new sight, which will impress you: Ullastret village. The medieval structure dominates the centre of Ullastret, formed by small narrow steep streets, surrounded by we..-preserved walls. However, it isn't the only one: Palau Sator is in the centre of the plain and preserves the image and village centre typical of medieval times with a well defined wall, dominated by a lofty tower which must have formed part of an old castle, The Tour of the Hours, which we will leave behind so as to continue towards Fontclara and then reach Fontanilles, a little village situated on top of two small hills. At the north end there is the church, and at the top of the south side there are the ruins of the old medieval castle, known as the 'Castellot'.
And now you will have noticed that we are making our way back towards Gualta, which is waiting for us; we'll follow the north side and enter the village to see the old 17th C flourmill. And back again wandering through the paths along the plain with a grain of the inspiration the Josep Pla was looking for when he visited the Empordà region.
