Discover coasteering on the Costa Brava, an adventure activity that allows you to experience the sea in an active, exciting and completely different way. In the L’Escala area, surrounded by coves, rocks, cliffs and Mediterranean waters, you will enjoy a guided coastal route combining swimming, sea jumps, short climbing sections and shoreline exploration.

During the activity, you will make your way along the coast, moving in and out of the water, overcoming natural obstacles and discovering hidden corners of the Empordà that can only be reached from the sea. It is a scenic, fun and refreshing experience, designed for anyone looking for adventure and direct contact with nature.

The activity is always led by professional guides and includes all the necessary safety equipment, allowing you to enjoy the experience with confidence.

What do participants need to bring?

• Swimwear and a towel.
• Sports shoes that can get wet.

A minimum of 4 participants is required.

For groups of fewer than 4 participants, please call +34 670 06 74 16 to ask about the possibility of joining another group in order to reach the minimum number of participants.

When joining another group is not possible, you may still take part in the activity, but the minimum price corresponding to 4 participants will apply.
